YOGA CLASSES
Our MOVIBES yoga classes focus on the foundational yoga poses to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility within the body. The yoga flow emphasizes sequential movement between postures guided by the breath to challenge balance, strength and range of motion as well as a full mind, body and spirit connection.

Your instructor will tailor-make the class to your specific needs and can offer a greater level of guidance to ensure you are maximizing your yoga potential.

Regular stretching can help increase flexibility in your joints enabling you to move freely without restriction. In this class you can expect to feel longer and leaner with less muscle tension as we work on improving the range of motion of your joints and muscles and your overall athletic performance.
