Join our 55-Minutes group sessions for a fun way to workout with others and enjoy a range of Yoga styles on the mat as well as Pilates floorwork sessions that offer traditional workout with the use of specialized props (e.g. magic circle, soft ball, resistance band).
Yoga / Flexibility
Regular stretching can help increase flexibility in your joints enabling you to move freely without restriction. In this class you can expect to feel longer and leaner with less muscle tension as we work on improving the range of motion of your joints and muscles and your overall athletic performance.
MAT Pilates
Designed to take your body to the next level our MOVIBES Matwork class encourages you to challenge your total body strength, stamina and muscular endurance. A vigorous series of floor-based exercises target your posture and core with the help of small props. Get ready to embrace the burn!
BARRE
Barre is a fun, energetic workout set to music that fuses different exercise styles including Dance, Yoga and Pilates giving you a low impact but high intensity workout. If you are looking for stronger legs and lots of focus on the glutes then this is the MOVIBES class for you!
