Our MOVIBES yoga classes focus on the foundational yoga poses to help align, strengthen and promote flexibility within the body. The yoga flow emphasizes sequential movement between postures guided by the breath to challenge balance, strength, and range of motion as well as a full mind, body and spirit connection.

Mat Pilates

Designed to take your body to the next level our MOVIBES Matwork class encourages you to challenge your total body strength, stamina and muscular endurance. A vigorous series of floor-based exercises target your posture and core with the help of small props. Get ready to embrace the burn!

Reformer Pilates

Take your Pilates practice onto the dedicated Pilates Reformer machine which uses a spring system to help take you to the next level by improving strength, power and agility. Get ready to have fun, build strong and supportive abdominal muscles and challenge your coordination, balance and flexibility.

Fuse Ladder Pilates

If you are looking for a resistance-based, functional fitness workout that is unique then our MOVIBES fuse ladder class is for you! Expect standing exercises like squats and lunges, balance challenges, agility, hanging and lots of different variations using the rungs, springs and backboard.

Motr Pilates

Our MOTR class is a great way to challenge Pilates enthusiasts offering a diverse workout with unexpected balance, cardio, agility and core exercises. The MOTR combines a foam roller apparatus with a weighted resistance system to deliver great results to define and chisel your body!

EMS

EMS classes are an effective form of training using low and medium frequency electric currents to increase the body’s natural contractions. Our EMS workouts are a full body workout designed to achieve optimal conditioning, burn fat to help promote weight-loss, tighten skin, combat cellulite and help to restore the natural balance of the body.

Barre

Barre is a fun, energetic workout set to music that fuses different exercise styles including Dance, Yoga and Pilates giving you a low impact but high intensity workout. If you are looking for stronger legs and lots of focus on the glutes then this is the MOVIBES class for you!

Breathing

Our signature breathing class is intended to take you from your busy day into a calm, safe space to become immersed solely in your breath. Sound Healing

Designed to balance the mind, body and spirit, sound vibration helps to bring you into a state of harmony, peace and health through the use of powerful vibrations. These sessions use Gongs, Singing bowls and other instruments to take you on a journey into deep rest, relaxation and healing.
