Throughout the years I was always thrilled by the abilities of some people to move smoothly and effortlessly. With time I realised that each of us can achieve this by just changing the focus while exercising, knowing your strengths and weaknesses, being consistent and patient. As a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, I promote balanced, healthy exercising with the focus on endurance and mobility. I add an educational part in my teaching, I truly believe that knowing your own body is the foundation.
