Maria

Maria, means Virgin of the Snow and I started my personal yoga practice many years ago when I was 17. Since then, on and off, it’s always been part of my life.  After my  first-ever yoga class I was very disappointed because just sat down and did a lot of breathing. Now I looooove to include breathing in my classes.
