The practice of wellness and fitness has always been intriguing to me. I immensely enjoy yoga and strength training, as it allows people to become fully aware of the present, while developing a better relationship and understanding of the body, mind, and soul. I train and practice with passion, focus, and dedication. I thoroughly enjoy witnessing the physical and psychological growth of my students.
I’m certified EMS trainer and trained on fuse ladder which focuses on your muscle strength and burning calories and helps in body shaping. I am also specialized in Power yoga, posture correction, vinyasa flow, breathing and meditation.
