Lilian
Hi, my name is Lilian; originally Brazilian, native Italian but fluent in Arabic too. I teach STOTT Pilates, and I love sharing my passion for wellness and leading people through inspiring and rewarding journeys in Pilates. I’m also a specialist in Lifestyle Medicine, Self-Control, and Brain Health Performance from Harvard University, and I love incorporating these domains when programming exercises for group or private Pilates classes. My classes are engaging, fun, and challenging, focused on strengthening the core, legs, and glute muscles, improving posture, and promoting mobility and stability of the entire body. In my mat classes, I use a variety of small props such as rings, foam rollers, softballs, elastic bands, fit balls, and small weights to add more resistance and keep you entertained while you work the body in depth.

I have been practicing Pilates since 2018. I found positive effects of Pilates exercises on my body, and it especially helped since I suffer from a disc in the neck, So Pilates definitely played the biggest role in relieving my pain and correcting my poster. so I decided to learn the basics of Pilates, and train people, raise the awareness about Pilates and spread the benefits to everyone

I discovered Pilates many years ago back home. It was an essential link in my recovery from an injury, especially because of the neurological connection between breathing and movement, and the precision it requires. Both Pilates and Yoga provide us tools to improve our health, quality of life and awareness. Don’t miss your chance!
